Terms of service

In short: WeLynk LLC is a private company. You pay a service fee for my help, only at the end of a session. You can get a full refund. Nothing renews.

In these terms, "I" and "me" mean Omar Walweel and WeLynk LLC. "You" means you and your business.

Who I am

WeLynk LLC is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I'm not affiliated with any government agency, FMCSA, or the UCR Plan.

What I offer

These are the services on my home page:

  • Year-End Paperwork Check. The check is free. We go over your public FMCSA company record and your 2027 UCR status together.
  • 2027 UCR help: $35 service fee. You file your 2027 UCR on your own account at ucr.gov, with your own card. I walk you through it by phone, by video call, or in person.
  • Driver File Audit: $250 service fee. In person, I go through the copies you already have of your driver files and drug and alcohol records with you, against a written checklist built from 49 CFR Parts 391 and 382. You get a written report, and your files stay with you.

One thing I say whenever UCR comes up:

WeLynk is not affiliated with the Unified Carrier Registration Plan. WeLynk is a private company that provides a private registration service for an additional fee. You are not required to use WeLynk to register with the UCR Plan. You may register directly with the UCR Plan at www.ucr.gov.

What you pay

  • My prices are service fees for my help, in US dollars.
  • Government fees, such as the UCR fee, go from you straight to the agency or plan that charges them, never to WeLynk.
  • For 2027 UCR help, I take the $35 only after your UCR confirmation is on the screen.
  • If you book a Driver File Audit within 30 days of paying the $35, the $35 counts toward the $250.

Your accounts and your decisions

  • You file on your own accounts, with your own card.
  • I never log in to your accounts or control your computer. I never ask for your passwords, your Login.gov sign-in, or your card number.
  • What I tell you is information, not legal advice. I don't give insurance advice either.
  • You make all the decisions about your business.

Refunds

  • 2027 UCR help ($35): full refund if you ask within 30 days.
  • Driver File Audit ($250): full refund if you ask within 14 days after you receive your report. If your $35 counted toward the audit, you paid $35 plus $215, and the refund covers both: $250 in total.
  • Refunds cover WeLynk's service fees only. I can't refund government fees, such as the UCR fee.
  • To ask, email admin@welynk.com. You don't have to give a reason. I send refunds the same way you paid.

Cancelling, and problems with a charge

  • You can cancel a visit or session any time before it starts. If you paid anything for it ahead of time, I refund it in full.
  • If something looks wrong with a charge, email me first. I'll look into it and fix it, or refund you under these terms.

Nothing renews

Each service on this site is a one-time service. Nothing renews, and I never charge you again unless you ask for a new service.

Iowa law and changes

Iowa law applies to these terms. If I change them, I'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the bottom of this page. The terms in place when you bought a service still apply to it.
