Privacy policy

In short: WeLynk LLC is a private company. I keep only what I need to help you. I never ask for your Social Security number, your passwords, or your card number. I never sell your information.

In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Omar Walweel and WeLynk LLC.

Who I am

WeLynk LLC is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I'm Omar Walweel, the owner.

What I keep

When you talk with me or use my services, I keep:

  • Your name and your business name.
  • Your USDOT number.
  • Your phone number and email.
  • Notes from our conversations.
  • Public records about your company from FMCSA, such as your company snapshot on FMCSA's public SAFER site.

If I called you first, your number came from your company's public FMCSA record.

During a Driver File Audit, your driver files stay with you. I look at them with you and don't take copies. My notes list drivers by number only (Driver 1, Driver 2), with no names, license numbers, or test results. For drug and alcohol test records, you tell me only "on file" or "not on file," and I never see a test result.

What I never collect

  • Social Security numbers.
  • Passwords or Login.gov sign-ins.
  • Card numbers. If you pay by card, Stripe handles the payment, and I never see your full card number.
  • Your drivers' license numbers, medical details, or drug and alcohol test results.

How I use it

  • To do the work you asked for.
  • To follow up with you about it.

I never sell or rent your information. I never share your mobile number, or your permission for me to text you, with anyone for their marketing.

Your information sits in the tools I use to run the business: email, phone, payments, and software that helps me keep notes and write messages, including AI tools. I don't share it with anyone else unless you ask me to or a court orders it.

This website

This site sets no cookies and doesn't track you. It has no ads and no forms.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, fix, or delete what I have about you, or to stop contacting you. Call (319) 382-9056, email admin@welynk.com, or tell me when we talk. You can also reply "stop" to any email from me.

I'll do what you ask and tell you when it's done. I keep payment records for taxes, even after I delete the rest.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version on this page and update the date below.
